Xavier Fron, Head of the EUROCONTROL Performance Review Unit (PRU), will present the European air navigation services (ANS) performance review and benchmarking experience gained within EUROCONTROL. He will talk about the ATM Cost-Effectiveness Benchmarking Report (ACE), the Performance Review Report (PRR), and the Single European Sky (SES) Performance Scheme, including details about target setting, incentives and monitoring. By explaining the concept of total economic cost, Mr. Fron will link the topic with wider aviation performance issues. Flyer
